Roadside Safety Barriers

At Guardrail Direct, we manufacture, supply and install a premium range of roadside safety barriers and bridge crash barriers. We have proudly established ourselves as an industry leader, providing road barriers designed to meet all Australian specifications.

Road traffic barriers are a vital safety measure on helping to prevent vehicles from crashing into roadside hazards, as well as helping to reduce the severity of car crashes. They are designed to prevent vehicles from leaving the road, to deflect vehicles away from obstacles or hazards, or to slow or stop an out of control vehicle.

Our safety barriers include w-beam guardrails, which are designed to withstand substantial forces without bending or deflecting elastically.

Our W-beam roadside safety barriers are manufactured using high-quality HA350 2.7mm material, ensuring superior strength and durability. Available in a range of standard lengths from 0.5m to 5m, these guardrails are versatile enough to meet various safety requirements.

Each guardrail is galvanized to AS 4680:2006 standards, providing excellent protection against rust and corrosion, making them ideal for long-term outdoor use. We also manufacture our products to VicRoads Specification 708 – Steel Beam Guardfence.

Since all our rails are produced in-house, we also offer a custom-length service to accommodate any specific project needs, ensuring you get the perfect fit for your safety barrier installation.
