Manufactured with a 6mm “C” channel post welded to a robust 300mm x 300mm x 10mm baseplate, they are designed to provide maximum strength and stability. The baseplate features 24mm holes, optimised for use with 20mm true bolts or chemset studs, ensuring a superior and secure hold.

Each post is hot-dip galvanised to meet AS 4680:2006 standards, offering long-lasting protection against corrosion. For added visibility and safety, the posts are available in powder-coated safety yellow. These posts come in standard heights of 0.7m, 0.75m, 0.8m, 0.9m, 1m, 1.1m and 1.2m, making them versatile enough to meet various safety requirements.

Guardrail Posts can be customised with 1, 2, or 3 rail combinations, tailored to your needs. With post dimensions of 178mm wide and 76mm returns, they are built to handle heavy-duty applications while maintaining a sleek and practical design.
